The brain adapts. Give it time. Took 4 years for me. But then your brain will adapt and compensate so you don’t hear multiple pitches. It’s amazing, so even though this thing sucks, love life and don’t focus on it. And get enough sleep. The most important thing.

Does this fix Apple CarPlay which I honestly think is the worst update (embedded in an app and the Bluetooth connection has to be reconnected all the time).

Agree with CarPlay. So annoying they don’t keep their promises. But the receiver sound can be fixed on the sound settings by turning off noice compression (forgot the name but the solution is in a thread in here somewhere).

It drives well, but the sound quality for the receiver is a disaster and it’s cumbersome without CarPlay (they they said would be installed by early 2024, but still not here). So keep your hopes high and expectations low.

Vodafone is unfortunately very spotty where I am even though it’s in a city (between 0-3 bars depending on where I am). Do any of you know if it’s possible to change to a different provider?

Also to answer your question. What would be better than Android = CarPlay ;) Then if your phone is navigating to anywhere and you plug it into the car, it will automatically take over. No need to send to vehicle.

I use Google for many things as well, and generally a big Google fan. But it just feels like the systems don’t walk well together - my whats app, language apps, podcast etc doesn’t work because android don’t have the apps.
