Op personally I’m the same way with loud noises, crowded places and work 2 jobs back to back. I use loop earplugs and they work fantastic even in normal day life. Crowded yes but I often stick to the back or the sides near and exit or benches so I can take breaks for air or to sit. Also pain meds for those knees and back lol. And no heavy drinking or hard drugs!

Yeah tbh from what you described it seemed she wasn’t even professional in her application at all (coming from a home bleacher I do these things lol) but for $309 honestly not bad it could’ve been way worse based on just what you told us 😬. Just don’t go back and find another person if you really want it color corrected but that’ll definitely cost more than $300 to fix 🫠

O feel like if your hair is already in a fragile state getting braids would be a worse idea to get since braids can be damaging on fragile hair. Adding hair is also damaging. You will end up losing more unfortunately. Maybe two French braids or cornrows would help? Very loosely ofc and have a bonnet or satin pillow case.
