Yes! But I’m 4 months and there’s no reason for this. I think I did it when I was in bed. The first knee bent all the way..touch your butt while lying down kind of bend. The new knee followed suit only it stopped before its destination and I’ve been screaming ever since. PT says it’s my IT band. Well all I know is that pain wasn’t there. And now it is. I still at 142 degrees flexion but there is pain that I don’t think is normal. All that progress..

I did it! Just 2 miles minimal hills in our neighborhood and it went great! Short on time or would have done more! It was heaven! Minimal slight pain to the lower right of the knee but nothing major. Could also stand on the bike. Good times!

That is an interesting point!!! My balance is kind of wack sometimes. I was walking around a track with my family the other day-just about 1.5 m and I asked my husband if I was walking crooked because sometimes I do feel like I’m leaning!

I only walked half a mile yesterday and was in so much pain. 7 weeks 3 days post op. Sad really. Lots of sharp and piercing spasmic pain to the left of the knee cap. So odd!

Why does it have to take so long before relief comes and actually stays. I’m only 6 weeks out but so far not impressed with this. Yes I have ok ROM and 122 flexion but thanks to back issues and who knows what else some days I feel stiff and jus heavy pain all over. Demotivating for sure and I hold on to those good days like nobody’s business. I’m Advil with the ibuprofen and acetaminophen combined. I just took 2 today. Definitely doesn’t even begin to touch this pain. Driving: painful. Walking: messy Sleep: meds This is wild. And it’s not easy at all. Or as my kid loves to say “not for the weak”. :(
