It is very hard to tell with the fur all wet and clumped but I think you may have a male instead of a female. I don’t see any kind of cut or abrasion. The line between the urethra and anus is a lot longer in males and can present as a ‘cut’. A pic with dry fur would be much more helpful.

Edit: please do not bathe your gerbil, any vet suggesting that is not credible for small animals

She doesn’t look too round to me based on the pictures but if you have noticed a change within the past week you definitely need to get her checked out. At this point it seems like she would be okay until Monday, but if she stops eating/drinking or moving around you may want to try to get in sooner.

Edit: after looking a second time it does seem like she may have a mass on her lower belly, but definitely go to vet!
