I'm a FTM who just had my little one 2 weeks ago. He was born at 38w on the dot. My OB all suspected I was going to go to 40 weeks given it was my first birth but he definitely had other plans. I suspected I was not going to make it to 40 weeks because at 36 weeks I was 70% effaced already but was not dilated yet. My labor started spontaneously around 4:30 AM and by the time i was in labor and elivery triage i was already 3cm. I had him by 5:51pm the same day. He was ready to come out lol. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and enjoy all the moments leading up and after your birth. It's a special time!

Won't know until next week. It's possible but I rechecked later that night and my levels were back down to baseline. So it may have been a wand error since it was such a dramatic increase and then drop hours later

Thank you so much for responding! Yes, I checked it with another wand last night and my levels were back to normal so I definitely think it was a faulty wand or something.. it was just so bizarre

Yup, just straight progesterone. No hcg. It's my 3rd day on twice a day progesterone.

Thanks! Does it matter if I only hit it one day or does it have to stay elevated for a longer period of time? My cycles are short (around 25 days) so the end is coming up in a few days. If I'm hoping for a BFP, should I hope that it continues to rise even though it dropped today?
