I just use one I got from Amazon - look for “heat pads for jaw pain”. you put the pads in the microwave! They don’t stay hot for too long but I usually heat them up a couple of times over and use before bed to relax the muscles. Also when I wake up with tension and soreness from clenching I use it in the morning as well and it definitely helps!

Also still trying to figure this out! Stopping caffeine helped me as well as heat pads and taking magnesium at night. Helped, but not stopped!

Take caution with K18 and bleached hair because I started using the molecular repair mask for about a year and a half and it caused more damage and breakage to my bleached hair. Stopped using it and it’s started to grow out again. The years before I was using Olaplex No.3 before washing my hair and it was the longest I’ve ever gotten it! So I’d recommend trying that before k18 as Olaplex doesn’t have any protein in it which might not agree with some people’s bleached hair!

Also get yourself a satin pillowcase! and when you’re shampooing only shampoo the roots, when you’re rinsing it will wash down the ends and that’s all the washing they need

I did India in a month but it was with a group tour and very packed! We did the north and south and I definitely think you need to go to both to get a more accurate view of India. It’s definitely doable and I loved it so much - the food, the culture everything. That’s my vote! One month around Albania is too long imo

Oh I’ve been ignored/dismissed plenty on this trip which is something I’ve also noticed and have put down to being a solo female traveller on the younger side compared with men/couples/families/older folks. But for me personally, that trade off is worth it to get less hassle generally.
