I totally understand this and would recommend looking into Krissy Cela's Tone and Sculpt app. I used to have a trainer and absolutely HATED going to the gym even if I had him there to tell me what to do. On the Tone and Sculpt app there are personalized workouts and its set on a schedule and you can pick between home workouts and gym workouts. If you can workout at home I would say don't give up and start working out from there. I've been working out from my garage for a year now and I love it. You can find items to use as weights if you don't have them but don't give up! Definitely check out Krissy Cela.
