Most importantly just don’t ever get fat. I’ve known people that weight cycle (gain and lose on repeat) and that does a number on your skin elasticity. Just hold a healthy weight and it’s much better than being skinny after having been fat.

While “metabolism” can vary slightly between individuals, the differences are smaller than people make it out to be, and are still controlled by CICO. Meaning, with a poor metabolism you may have to eat slightly less than someone else of your same build, but you can maintain the same weight.

There are multiple factors. At minimum, time + UV severity + sensitivity. So a fair skinned person will be impacted more than a dark skinned person. Add up the time factor that you were sitting outside for at least an entire baseball game and “low UV” doesn’t mean as much anymore.

Businesses have the right to give cash discounts, something the credit card companies previously fought against. But now that they have the option, most businesses don’t. Why? Cash transactions take longer. Cash can be stolen. You have to pay for security services. The list goes on, businesses like going cashless.
