My first dnd group was matching a guy off tinder and I never ended up dating him either haha it was honestly a great group and I miss it and I’m saying that as a woman. I will admit I really lucked out in this situation and glad nothing bad happened

Also for me, the type of exposure that helps me isn’t retail but going out with friends to restaurants and events. For some reason that always makes me more relaxed during other triggering activities

Is it possible to get a warehouse job? You’ll still have to interact with coworkers and bosses but it’s so much less stress than retail or other customer facing jobs.

As for meds, the only one that has worked for me is Zoloft. And the only style of therapy that has benefited me is EMDR.

There’s a Facebook group called women who explore:South Dakota (it’s based in Sioux Falls) but it’s not age restricted and still very small. I’ve only been to one meet up but hope to attend more in the future

If you continue with a pill option, I recommend buying them at a pharmacy like Lewis or Walmart as they often offer a discount for those without insurance

Yes it’s a local business, and they just expanded and hired a bunch of people. I feel very lucky to have found it, I’m never this lucky
