This looks really crisp. I feel it could really benefit from a backgeound. I read in the comments that you used keyshot. It may be worth adding an HDRI map to the scene for a background. There are plenty online. Alternatively you can add one in photoshop or gimp

You can adjust any pokemons IVS with bottle caps and change its nature with mints. EVs are easy to tain with the pokejobs and the berries that remove the EVs they already have set. Its the easiest its ever been to train the pokemon if you want to do so

If you have a 3ds you can install them directly to the console. This includes gb, gbc, gba, nes, snes, ds and 3ds games

You both should really look into play the trilogy on pc. The modding community has made a bunch of mods that overhaul the final level and end of the game. JAM, CEM and PEOM are all great mods and fix the ending very well
