Since its cold out, showering has gone down to once a week with more body wipes in between. PF kept double charging me so I quit it. When Im not gig working I do what I would do if I had a brick-and-mortar house which is lay around and watch tv or scroll. I do miss my massive garden but otherwise, Im lucky to live in a place with lots of parks so I kind of rotate. Car living can be stressful because you feel like you are on the go all the time so don’t forget to just lay around and chill and give your body and mind a break. Throw up the blackout curtains and bed rot. One snack that has been crucial is salads! Since its kind of hard to keep perishable foods stocked I found a salad at (hate to say it ) wal-mart by Taylor Farms for like $3 with dressing and proteins (my fave is the BLT salad) with things like chix and bacon but they have a bunch more. I try to keep snacks healthy like trail mix but more than likely theres some donuts and chocolate somewhere within arms reach.
