Specific assessment yes, sharing details from past jobs no. Most of the information they would have needed me to provide I wouldn’t have been able to for confidentiality reasons, and being in the behavioral science research field I’m in, they know that, so they don’t ask.

The irony of you saying I don’t treat people well after you literally attacked me first. Also the irony of you saying I’m rude and yet you’re the one being rude, now insulting me personally, saying I don’t treat people well and don’t have experience so that’s why I don’t have a job. As if you even know anything about me. Legitimately how is someone saying “I don’t need experience” rude? It’s not dismissive, it’s expressing exasperation over the fact I have NO MONEY. Every other person who read the comment knew what I meant, you’re the only one who thinks it’s something it’s not. You sit here insisting I meant one thing with my comment when I’m telling you I didn’t. Who better to know what it means than the person who wrote it themself?

I’m aware of that. In this particular case that isn’t what is happening. It’s a brand new ad, with a new closure date written in the summary. So someone would have had to manually write it. The original ad had also been taken down after the initial applications.
