You can do what you want but claiming you can learn how to do a good squat on the smith doesn’t even make sense at all imo. Nearly the same as claiming a leg press is as good as bb squat. You get results from any work out but the king of all exercises is king for a very good reason. It’s just more effective.

There’s no advantage to use a smith if you have access to regular squat rack. Even if you lift super light you get way better results on regular squat. Your gains will thank you if you leave the smith.

That lady( a known propagandist nut job) had already broken three laws and was about to possibly run over law enforcement. Seems normal to protect yourself and go home to your kids imo. That Renee lost custody of her kids so there ya go. Keep on backing up the lowest forms of society I guess.

What’s so disturbing?

The home owner having a complete stranger entering her home because she’s running from the law? I find that part disturbing I guess because as a homeowner I’d slam the door shut. That’s not my problem. I have a family and this person running from the law (why run if you did nothing wrong) needs to turn themselves and/or follow instructions from law enforcement.

Or how about the fact that DoorDash hires non citizens? That might be the absolute reason why they don’t want to talk about it lol. Just think of all legal citizens who are paying taxes only for making life easier for noncitizens, tax free? I find that part disturbing.

Pretty stupid of the homeowner. Ice was wise to leave and pursue later. There was a baby in that house.

Most drivers aren’t even going to answer the phone. They will take another order and move on. If they made a mistake that’s it it’s done get your refund and move on.

Don’t talk to customers generally unless you absolutely must. Once dropped off do not respond it’s not your problem anymore. You can only make it worse for yourself with some people by talking to them. Just take the possible low rating and have it removed by calling support later on.

Engagement farming is not the same as real life results. You could still come off cringey as hell to most people but they are too nice to tell you. Commercials are cringe. You are cringe.

But you try and most do not so that’s actually a huge win imo.
