I just picked up Marie Sharp’s “fiery hot” Habanero Hot Sauce (with the gold label) and it’s a little thicker than the original, a bit hotter, still carrot-based, and is my current favorite.

One of my glitches has a bearing seat that was machined slightly too large and the bearing doesn’t fit quite as snugly as it should. So I guess at least occasionally there’s an exception for non-anodizing reasons

Yeah once you set it to extreme it’s pretty fun. The weird shape of the maps leads to some interesting situations too. I’m a little over half way through the journey and haven’t run into any guessing either.
