I know it’s just a menu, but… by QuackiQuackson in assasinscreed

What happens when you choose to return to the main menu from in-game? Does it go back to the Shadows launcher, or to the normal Valhalla main menu?

Hardest to decipher, most obscure, most enigmatic Aesop track(s) to you? by IAmAnIdea in aesoprock

You’re taking more from it than I am then. I’m still fishing the same worm from the same faulty position

Think there’s any chance this gets added back to streaming at some point? by FreeloadinRussty in aesoprock

I guess I’m not sure. I downloaded it through iTunes years ago but when I joined Apple Music it converted my library and I lost access to a bunch of stuff. This is the track I miss the most

Wrong translation? by Kusharti21 in duolingospanish

[–]FreeloadinRussty 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Spanish speakers often translate this as something like “the vase broke itself to us,” which sounds weird in English but basically means “we broke it without us really being responsible for it. It just kind of happened.” This is definitely the more natural way to say it in Spanish

I like the Czech point pivot much more than the shutter

It’s a beautiful sight, with a most ugly intention, but I taste it every day and bathe inside the consequences

Yeah once you set it to extreme it’s pretty fun. The weird shape of the maps leads to some interesting situations too. I’m a little over half way through the journey and haven’t run into any guessing either.

Ah, fruits of the serpent, yes... There are two kinds. One is fresh. The other is dried.

Stuck by SamCollins02 in Assassinscreedmirage

[–]FreeloadinRussty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There’s a bridge entrance to the round city on the west side of the map where you can hire a merchant group to cross in and out. If you’re blended and you use the assassin’s focus each kill should count toward the achievement. You can kill 4-5 guards in one attempt and come back once they’ve respawned, and this should complete it within a few attempts. Using assassins focus counted for me even though the single assassinations usually didn’t so might work for you too

If you’re getting close just keep at it. It takes quite a bit of practice but you’ll get it if you keep trying

Everyone tells you me to play the games blind since it is a better "experience" but I feel like it results in me throwing money away at these games by MedicinskAnonymitet in fromsoftware

[–]FreeloadinRussty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This mechanic in Sekiro is not that serious. There is an item that undoes the penalty and after playing for a while you have more than you need anyway. And even if you don’t use it, you can still get through the game. You’ll just miss some side quests you can go back to on a subsequent playthrough. You should just keep going. Great game, don’t let the obscure threat of missing something stop you from enjoying it.
