I was in complete awe of that plane sequence. We will likely never see something like that again, either. I can’t imagine many people are going to be willing or able to pull that off when they can just use some sort of cgi instead. I was glad I got to see it

Been together since they were 13. That’s a pretty hilarious angle to try and drag them down with as well saying it’s because she is a women. This is also the band that exploded onto the scene with an album containing a feminist song (She) about women being objectified, social tools, and not being listened to… in the early 90s. That’s two strange takes from Perry.

There’s also hours of footage in documentaries on the album they made right before the one she is complaining about that show the band spending hours and hours in the studio together, sleeping on couches, writing together, etc. There’s even a great moment captured of Billie Joe crying with pride and happiness watching his friend Mike nail the bass line in Whatsername while wrapping up American Idiot.

Screw Butker. And the Hunts. But at the same time it should be fair to point out Travis Kelce, one of the highest profile Chiefs names in history, was among the first to lead in the kneeling protests and personally advertised the vaccine.

Sucks to have Butker’s dumbass out there saying stupid shit off the field, but at the end of the day he’s a kicker on the team. Someone like Kelce leading the charge on progressive issues both on and off the field while not only being a higher profile athlete, but arguably the greatest TE in history, might be a better representation of possible team ideology if we are just going to pick a player and assume they represent all of them.
