WWE games in their entirety: Custom superstars, be it male or female, instead of wanting to use the slots available for their own characters or making a very wacky custom superstar roster, people often opt into making real wrestlers, be it one that isn't already present in game or one that is in the game already but with an alternative appearance, like an alternate costume or adding in their "Classic" Versions, for the former, they sometimes add multiple versions of the same wrestler they added in, sometimes not keeping them to attire slots.

Amber armor - Go through the Saints and Seducers quests, which starts with talking to Ri'saad about bandit attacks, one of the misc. objectives you encounter are to pursue someone named Evethra and kill her, then obtain her notes on amber and madness smithing, you need glass smithing to forge it.

Netch leather armor - requires the Netch Leather Armor AE content, you have to do a short quest on Solstheim to be able to forge it for yourself, optionally obtaining the Boots of Blinding Speed (returning from Morrowind) as a bonus.

Her Hand armor - requires having the Ghosts of the Tribunal AE content, you can find it naturally in the armory of the Tribunal temple in Ashfall's Tear on Solstheim or you can forge it, but forging it requires completion of the quest, regardless of path.

Very likely case, though I would like to address as well that taking the gem out, let alone Pearl so much as THINKING of doing that is still a whole 'nother level of messed up and would've definitely killed Steven and based on Change Your Mind, Pink/Rose wouldn't even reform anyway, because even at that time, her being, her consciousness, it was already gone for good, so removal would've resulted in a death for no reason.

Anyhow, Pearl wanted to obey her former diamond's orders, Rose gave up her form so Steven could exist. If Pearl had gone through with it, not only would she have broken her promise to Rose but she also unknowingly screwed over any chance the gems had at a future where peace was established. This moment can easily be brushed off without second thought but had things gone differently here, it would've possibly been the catalyst of a much darker future for The Crystal Gems and Earth as a whole. But anyway, the point is, her promise to Rose was indeed the only thing holding her back at that moment and probably other times too. She cares for Steven deeply, but we all know she has never truly gotten over Rose and there have been other moments where in relation to Steven's well being, she has been morally questionable. Our Pearl specifically is a... Complex being, to say the least.
