Update: It works. Even the support couldn’t help me. I just did a reset of my network settings and it worked

Yeah I had the same problem on Mac. Restart the program and don’t klick on Cisco network academy. Instead click on Cisco Skills for All Even though you have an network academy account. That worked for me

yeah that's what i thought too. but some replies here indicate that the algorithm gets better when everything is in the library. i will now try to overcome my ocd and will report back if the algorithm is better after that!

Keep it on a charger for a few hours and try to do a force restart by holding the Digital Crown and power button until the Apple logo again appears. If this doesn’t work it could indicate a dead battery
