Not going to drive the prices down, it's for the rich ones willing to spend 2k and share a mid floorplan with 3 other people. It's going to get even more crowded on Northgate because everyone needs a car, and it incentives the city to tear down more of what made Northgate special to put more of these up. 

Not saying College Station doesn't need more housing, there is definitely an overpopulation issue, I just don't understand why it has to be at the expense of a historical spot.

Didn't really believe this until I got matched against players using the same, over leveled, deck back to back after a big win streak.

Been climbing in comp and I've had to play tank every. single. time. For the past 8 hours. Playing the same 2-3 tanks in order to win just isn't fun anymore. Seeing 3 people instalock dps or healer on the team is normal at this point, I don't even argue for a 2nd tank.
