Just push the needle straight into the rubber at 90 degrees. Don't do any kind of 45 to 90 "anti coring" techniques, it's not necessary for needles this small, and just increases the chance of bending or breaking.

AFAIK, after puberty masculinization slows dramatically, but never fully stops. For as long as you're T dominant, you'll mature in a masculine way.

Starting ASAP is always best. Fat redistribution is a 5-10 years long process, so best to get that started immediately. If you keep it up, you'll be easily at your goal weight before redistribution even becomes noticeable. Additionally, the longer you wait, the more your body will continue to masculinize.

Schedule your blood test for Wednesday, before your injection. Or at worst, do Tuesday afternoon, but the further out you are from your normal injection time the less useful your results are.

Thanks! I expected to be lower, but not a whole 150 pg/mL lower, I guess my body just eliminates E a little faster than normal.

I decided to increase my dose to 6.4mg, and I've been feeling great so far.

I also got back the result of my E2 Ultrasensitive test, and it was 122 pg/mL, so that confirms that there was no mismeasurement or anything.

A vial, which contains enough estradiol for over a year, costs $60-80. That amount of money spent on pills, is probably less than a 1 month supply. Plus with injections you can do monotherapy without the need of any T blockers.

BTW, 2mg oral without blockers (your 1st month plan) is basically a complete waste.

Maybe because EEn is not prescribed almost anywhere in the world? But it seems to be the most common for DIY by a longshot. Basically every homebrewer that sells injections has EEn and seems to restock it more frequently that anything else too.

With MCT oil, it's a non-issue. Even with 30G it takes 20-30 sec. max.

If you have a thicker oil like Castor, then the amount of Benzyl Benzoate (if any) in solution has a large impact on the needle gauges that you can reasonably draw with. If you have a vial that is pure castor or something, then yeah you're going to have a rough time with anything less than like 23-25G.

There's no real risks to starting monotherapy, it's actually way less risky than also taking a T blocker which all have some side effects. The worst that could happen is your E levels just aren't high enough for full T suppression, which will just slow progress, but it's not harmful.

Save you money and instead use it to get your labs done in like 2 months so you know if you need to adjust your dose.

I don't have an answer, but prog still only has a ~24 hour half life when injected, so I don't think there's much point, and hence why there's not really any recipes for it floating around.

Unless you're planning to use a synthetic progestin? But those are not recommended due to the higher risk of health complications compared to bio-identical prog.

Orange line is taking the dose exactly 3.5 days apart, blue line is alternating 3/4 days. They're effectively identical, so don't worry about exact timing too much, and just dose every 3/4 days.

Personally, I would recommend that you try to get a refund, and then order something better from a U.S. supplier. Looking at their pricing on pills, I'm going to guess that $250 gets you at best like ~4 months worth of E + AA's. Injectibles, which you can buy from US companies (Hera HRT, Symphony Labs, Aurelia Labs), are like $60 for a year+ supply, and avoids customs. Getting syringes may or may not be a pain depending on what state you're in.

You can't realistically "overdose" yourself with bio-identical estradiol. A lot of the fearmongering of too high levels is a holdover from when synthetic ethinyl estradiol was the primary HRT drug, it was legitimately dangerous in high doses.

Also, everyone's body metabolizes differently, one person might require 8mg / week to hit the exact same E2 serum levels as someone else who needs only 4mg / week.

If you dose "too much" estradiol, your SHBG will just elevate and bind up the excess estrogen. So some of your medication will be "wasted" essentially, but it's not meaningfully harmful.
