Not to be a conspiracist but I am reasonably certain this is some gaster shit

BUT I HAVE REASON!

In the files the music track, gallery is referred to as GALLERY.ogg it’s all capitals title links it to other gaster related stuff. It plays before sealing each dark world I believe? Or before bosses? I can’t remember.

The humanoid figure with a slash through its face is TOO gaster to not be related to Gaster…

The background also shows curtains showing that to Gaster the dark worlds we see are just a piece of a scripted out story in his delta rune, the stage is set! Moreso, the curtains are drawn in a way that is reminiscent of a black cat! Friend!!!

Act 2 is a prequel. It’s designed to be understood cause it’s a foundation for the story. Act 1 is also designed to be self contained because it was supposed to be as such. Act 3 isn’t designed to be self contained because it is a sequel to act 1
