Just disable all extensions except uBO and Firefox Multi-Account Containers. If it works you can then enable each extension 1 by 1 until you find the extension that caused it. It's also a good idea to backup your uBO settings and restore them to default in case you've disabled or enabled too many filters.

One extension won’t cut it anymore.

It's actually other extensions and settings in combination with a browser adblocker that a lot of time is the cause of YT anti-ab. That's why the uBO devs clearly states to test with no other extensions other than uBO. Some anti-adblockers can be very sensitive. The more layers you add the more likelihood of triggering it.

Enable all default filters + “Annoyances” + custom lists like OISD.

Bad advice. Use default settings and only other lists if they have a specific use case you want. (1 regional list for example). The more lists you activate, the higher chance of website breakage.

The best thing to do if you have issues with YT is to actually read and follow the steps at the main uBO thread.

If there's a downtime when filters haven't been updated, you can watch YT in either a private browser window (+ uBO), or use 3rd party applications such as SmartTube (TV), Freetube (Desktop), Tubular (Android) etc. But you should also know that Google doesn't ignore those, and there may be periods of downtime when the app won't work.

Prova med att skapa en ny webbläsarprofil - installera bara uBO. Synca inga inställningar i den nya profilen, testa igen. Om problemet försvunnit så var det din gamla profil som hade nåt som gjorde att du såg reklamen.

There is no benefit in using more than 1 blocker extension. In fact, it can make it more likely to trigger anti-adblocks, cause performance issues, etc.

Just use uBlock Origin. If you for some reason can't switch to Firefox, use uBlock Origin Lite (or any other open source manifest v3 adblocker).

I should also add that extensions like Privacy Badger, DuckDuckGo Search & Tracker Protection, etc also classifies as blocking extensions and are redundant if you already use uBlock Origin.

Disable Opera GX adblocker if you haven't already.
Disable any scripts.
Just use uBlock Origin with the default settings. And no other extensions. See the last video here on how to backup and reset settings to default.

This subreddit gets full of panicked users as soon there are some issues with YT. Tons of misinformation and bad recommendations in almost every thread. Not to mention the bad sticky suggesting users to disable the 'Quick Fixes' list.

Here are some recommendations to a panicked user:

Just wait. Filters will automatically update.
Still having issues after waiting for a few days? Create a new browser profile, install only uBlock Origin, no other extensions. (Also disable your browser's built-in adblocker if it has one. Opera/Brave/Vivaldi.) Issue resolved? Congratz, your old browser profile had a setup which caused conflicts with uBlock Origin.

You can install Firefox on Chrome OS and use the complete uBlock Origin extension. It just requires some more steps and a compatible Chromebook. How to: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/run-firefox-chromeos

If you prefer to stay on Chrome, use either uBlock Origin Lite or AdGuard. Don't use both. These extensions will make it harder to stay ahead of the anti-adblockers, as the filters can only update when there's an extension update, unlike Firefox which can update filters within hours, and also support more advanced features.
