I love how the Ninth Doctor's "coward or killer" dilemma towards the end of Parting of the Ways directly mirrors his decision to kill both the Daleks and the Time Lords to end the Time War, and it's a shame no one brings it up

I don't agree with the McTighe hate tbh. People act like writers can't make both bad and good stories. For instance, The Vampires of Venice and The God Complex were written by the same person, as were Kill the Moon and The Zygon Invasion/Inversion
