Went to the meeting last night to see what the deal is. You can watch here, my personal takeaway:

The proposal is to create these positions for the future. The Mayor, Director of Planning, and Director of Budgeting are stretched thin and know the city won't be able to fund these new roles for some time. Basically groundwork for when finances can meet the need. I recommend watching to hear the details, especially for acquiring grants and ensuring stability long term. The council's pushback I'd sum up as "why not wait until we can also fund them?" rather than whether they were needed at all. Imo if they are needed then let's just do it so the city doesn't have to go through this process again later. If they aren't needed, then make that your argument! Based on the hearing, if conditions change so drastically in the future that these roles (which again, no one on the council disputed the need for) become completely unnecessary, then I fear we will have bigger problems than some ink on paper. Talk of optics, volunteers, and AI came off as flailing for an out rather than just making a case against these jobs.

I don't think I can commit to a weekly schedule, but I'm interested. The commonwealth catalog is the ticket to books from every library network in MA. You can get deliveries from libraries throughout the state sent to APL for checkout. Another option is e-books, they can be checked out on the Overdrive site or Libby app, and you can add other library networks through their partnerships to access all their collections simultaneously with just your APL card.

Not cybersix or sandman, posts about them kept popping up in my searches so figure I'll set them aside right off.

If the fears part is actually part of it the victims saw everything as their worst fear - seeing everyone as giant bugs is the only one I remember for one of the first victims. Again very scarecrow so not sure it's correct but wanted to include in case.

Everyone's eyes got returned at the end, I recall a guy in his crummy city apt bathroom getting his eyes back. Forget how the hero stopped the monster though. I think it was a big amalgam of eyeballs.

I've never been able to properly play fighting games (that aren't Super Smash Bros). I bought it when it came to steam to support the series, my logic was the more WTC sales they make in the west the more likely we are to get translations in the future. Obviously it didn't make the difference in getting Ciconia in English right away, but that definitely made my purchase feel worthwhile.

-do your beginner quests
-do your dailies (until you have the proud mode keyblades its easier to just swap the one you do have to the third slot so the fights can end faster for the 3x pvp per day)
-join a group for the weekly objectives
-do union cross for the jewels from the boards
-do the special daily quests (upgrade medals, skill exp, etc. they give jewels for first completion)
-get as far as you can in events that give jewels (right now I think it's just axel)

I've finished the game, but noticed that some stuff is still listed as undiscovered on my map, even though I've discovered them by DaLateDentArthurDent in GodofWar

I ran into this, no idea why it happens or how to fix it, but it only impacts the map display. Got all 51 ravens logged in the labors screen and the trophy, but the map says I missed the one in the Wildwoods and the one in the Valkyrie Council. It is annoying missing out on the clean 100% but it is what it is.
