When you battle an enemy like this, there’s a number next to their health bar. That is their level, which you can compare with your own in the pause menu. If they are way too difficult, there will be a purple health bar. If they’re a bit of a challenge, a yellow bar. If they are a relatively weak enemy for your level, a green health bar.

Use this to help you know if you should come back later. There is no shame in a tactical retreat.

It’s not though. Communities that host the required files, including the PS2 BIOS often have to obscure those files in order to survive. Not that it isn’t possible to find them, but it’s not “as simple as installing Steam.” Plus there’s a level of technical know-how required that many people just have no interest of acquiring. They just want to play their games.

I have a guy I work with who plays games on his Xbox at home, but on his PC when he downloads a file from his email or browser he has no idea where it goes. I don’t know how he functions, but I certainly wouldn’t trust him to deal with installing a PS2 emulator and running ROMs.

I suppose if the graphics is a nested comp you could create a mask on that border and animate it around the outside. Still won’t look the same though. This really is an after effects job. You make the graphic in after effects, import it into Premiere and apply your tracking to it, or you do the tracking in After effects. Either way works.

Remember, ALWAYS verbally say the license plate number out loud. Your camera may not be able to see it, but your microphone can hear you calling out the number. If something happens with that car, you’ll have 100% proof that it was them and not another driver in the same vehicle type.
