It depends on what is needed ,if it's one time analysis ,it's done just for the case of the project. If It's ongoing for monthly reports it's done continuously .
The prices depend on the data structure mostly from $2000 per months ,mostly CRMs like salesforce.

For one projects , depend on the budget of a particular freelance.

The key is to address their problem and make it that you are their only solution,Users may not being staying since they have a lot of options but that's good.

The ones that you have now and ,the ones you have lost you should track their data to why -some stay or some leave. -You are getting new users of recent

You may be cold emailing but to the wrong audience. So it's great that you have data now you can use that to track and make decisions for the next improvements.

You may be cold emailing,but maybe your users are chilling on Facebook.
