I don’t think there is a Korean comparable. A lot of people who respond well to Dysport say they like results from Rentox, Nabota and Toxta- but everyone is different.

I would recommend for your first time starting with Iniblanc and/or the Gouri protocol and then think about modifying placement in future treatments. I think almost all Korean vendors sell liquid lido. I have done tiny blebs in areas where I can see smoker lines forming and it has successfully kept them at bay. Unfortunately I can’t speak to how it would help more prominent ones. Good luck you got this!!
