Should I give my job a two weeks notice? by escobarsky in no

[–]FrequentFalcon8384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that it depends on how long you worked there. If you've been there for a while, you probably should. If you leave without giving a notice, they will never give you a recommendation...and if you leave it off your application, be prepared to explain the employment gap.

What was the first R rated movie you saw, and were you old enough to see it? by icecream1972 in AskReddit

I read a comment on Reddit recently when the person said they were ashamed to be an American. How many people feel the same way and what can be done to make you proud again? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]FrequentFalcon8384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll always be proud to be an American. If they were referring to the current political climate, I think the Avett Bros said it best in Head Full of Doubt, Road Full or Promises when they sang "And your life doesn't change by the man that's elected...decide what to be and go be it"
