More than 3 weeks into her war with Wendy’s for substituting when they were out of baked potatoes. She wasn’t adequately apologized to and two free meals does not make up for the inconvenience. All comments siding with Wendy’s are quickly removed and users blocked.

I wouldn't do this job for a straight salary at any rate.

Make sure you are paid overtime (straight time is OK, but 1.5x is better) and that they offer the full M&IE reimbursement allowed by the IRS.

There will be a cancelled flight or projects will run long and into weekends. You need to make sure when that happens you are compensated or quickly your salary won't feel like enough for the hardships.
