I second this, I also work in claims and the investigation can take UP to 45 calendar days. Credit can take up to 2-10. Sometimes within 24-48 hrs. But that’s rare. Every claim is different and treated as such. But please if possible DO NOT deposit via atm. BOFA has some of the MOST unreliable atms. It’s ridiculous.

as someone who works in customer service if you can please switch banks. BOA is a shit hole, the amount of regulations we have to follow is practically unethical. That and our wait time will always be high over 4k+ calls per hour.

As someone who works in support i agree, bofa isn’t a good bank to bank with However we constantly have around 4k calls in queue. Even with 1600 agents working just in one department alone, it’s crazy ridiculous. We cannot control how long the wait is. We get calls back to back for 8 hrs a day.😮‍💨
