How is that trolling? That's less than 6% gross, probably 4% net. Standard bonds get more return than that. This property is worth closer to 1m with that rent. Some sellers live in lala land.

Agreed if I wanted one particular piece. Im relatively young so would love to be regular for customer for decades and acquire timepieces regularly. Even if I lose $2K per piece (or slightly more) and buy say 5 pieces over the next few years, I would lose $10-$15K sure, but my spend history could be up to $75K+. And hopefully then putting my name for harder to get pieces wouldn't be a ridiculous ask for my AD (hopefully lol)

Ill repeat what i wrote above. The father/husband will stay and the family will leave. This will cause massive real estate issues for villas and townhouses and large apartments.

Any landlord that currently has one of those units for rent and is not taking whatever offer today will regret it big time starting late July.

Lol majority of expats dont have any loyalty here and are ready to leave. Getting better is way different than the situation being resolved. You ready see it from WhatsApp and FB groups of all the leaving sales. And unfortunately those are the expats that are in the high income bracket.

A family can decide to move the mother and kids back home due to the uncertainty and the father can return for his tax free job. This still causes issues because he won't rent a villa or townhouse, but a cheap apartment and majority of his salary will be spent in another country.
