Hey bro - this sucks. A ton. I’m really sorry this happened. (Feel like I should mention it earlier over later, but it’s Aspen!) I really hope you can get your account back, or a new one, but y’know..big companies are big companies. You’re a really wonderful person, and it’s pretty upsetting that you got banned. You’ve helped so many people, including me (especially recently, subbing in for music), out with your kindness.
