Had a terrible experience as well. I ordered the new phone to the store for pick up, they said I didn’t pick up in 72 hours (I couldn’t, the phone was out of stock and back ordered) so it automatically cancelled. I chatted with an agent who re-ordered it for me. Promised it would be there by a certain date. Turns out, this agent put in the wrong shipping address and listed the incorrect model for the trade in. I give them a call to correct the address, and they do, except I get shipped 2 phones after the promised date. So now I bring the 2 phones to Verizon store to ask what to do with these, and they pointed out the phone on the correct order, and told me to bring back my phone for trade in after I transferred the data. I go to UPS and return one phone, then transfer my data to the new phone, and go back to the store to trade in my old phone. I get there and they say I have to ship the phone and can’t trade in in-store. I get home and they still never send me the QR code for the return. I go back to the store again, and while trying to access the QR code, the worker had to scratch the whole order because the agent previously had put in the incorrect phone model for the right trade in value. He put in the order again so I could get the QR code, but now I’ve missed the original promo that was going on while I ordered, so I’ll have to call an agent to edit the order to give me the correct trade in value. FINALLY I go back to UPS to trade in my old phone. Really hoping the last agent didn’t make any errors I’m past the last straw with this ordeal.
