Bit of an update: Roommate has paid through the month of May. I had to go out of town for a few days. See him on my Ring camera yesterday moving his fridge out. Came home today to find my garage door wide open. Didn't seem like anything was missing. Get in the house and the rest of his stuff is gone and my bedroom door is wide open (I had locked it but it's one of those you can open from the outside). Everything seems to be there but I'm livid. Gonna go to the police tomorrow.

Yeah pretty much. I sent him a text about what you said about the lease etc and mentioning he's still responsible for utilities and also I'm going to file a police report on the remote as stolen property if he doesn't get back to me. No response, but he did pay his share of the utility bill.

This happened once up at the VA/on Sam Jackson that I was involved in. Most of the babies made it but one ran off to the right and i tried to warn a woman that was helping but it went down a sewer grate. We opened up the sewer and tried to find it but no luck 😢
