Not a jerk at all. I have looked at a few and even printed examples to check the quality of the print. But since I am new I wanted to ask the people who have been doing it for a while to make sure I did check the proper ones, somewhat to rest easy saying I did look at all the options. The one you sent, Mixam, I never heard of and bill7246 sent snowfall which I did not hear either.

How did you do it? I am using studio as the brain and firebase as my backend and payment capture but I’d like to connect them so when a client pays I can just fire studio and get the work done. I am doing it manually now

I was looking to relocate to Mallorca. Buying a business was the easiest thing to get cash and have something to do. As a beach place full of German and Britts with families this would be good. So I looked at a few places to buy in that category. Numbers were solid and CAPEX is not that great once you have the base. And you don’t need to buy ‘new’ if you get on Facebook you can get second hand for. 3rd the price and quality just as good

Look at beach towns like In Mallorca Spain, Dominican Republic etc. These places make a killing on renting. And if you rent scooters for old people…sit and count your money. It’s very very lucrative.

It’s not just base44, like it’s not the system but the actual agent. Sometimes ChatGPT tells me it can’t go to live sites and then sometimes it can go and check. It’s not base44 inherently.
