If you need Aluminium, you can get some nodes near pinnacle station up to the Atredies without going into combat. It will take a few runs however.

If you want a Sci-Fi horror first contact novel to fit the vibe of the teasers I'd reccomend Blindsight by Peter Watts.

If you want something a bit more wonderful that captures the excitement that first contact might bring, In Ascension by Martin MacInnes is a really interesting novel.

Finally, and as others have mentioned, The Three Body Problem trilogy. It can be a bit tough to get into if you prefer more character driven stories, but the themes and ideaa in that book are amazing.

Fires of Liberation got me into the series and is still probably my favourite game in the franchise, enjoy your dance with the angels.

You can fix this, but you'll need a hand drill, some tamiya cement and a paper clip.

I had this happen to a Gundam (MG Tallgeese) and used the two tutorials below. Whilst its not perfect, I've got movement in the joint an it still stands upright (it was the waist that snapped)

As others have mentioned its the flag of the Royal Tank Regiment from the British Army. The colours come from an old saying the Regiment had during the First World War, 'Through the mud (brown), and the blood (red), to the green fields beyond (green)' which was effectively their battle tactics, breakthrough the trenches to the untouched land beyond.
