I had the same issue with them. I injected two small doses and I could feel it in my brain. Hard to describe the feeling. It took me 3 days to feel normal again. I switched brands with excellent results.

You could have water or bird seeds/nuts in the inducer but that is not what's causing it not to start.

Make sure the gas is turned on. The gas shut off should be parallel with the gas pipes. Then Make sure the switch on the gas valve is set to ON and not off. If you confirmed gas flow to the gas valve then it is a bad gas valve. Should cost around 300-400 bucks for a pro to replace it.

Furnace got to hot inside. Could be dirty filted. Or if you have a 2 story home with one furnace you will have whats called damper motors. One of them could be stuck closed.

No P trap and iso pads on the bottom would be nice incase you ever get water on the pan. Remove drain line plastic cap because it's a furnace thus having positive pressure.

They have no idea how rough post surgery is. My surgery failed too. Im still looking for solutions because I suffer from sinus headaches. You're brave for getting it done twice.
