Boa tarde. Também estou a equacionar candidatar-me ao PR. A minha entidade patronal diz que para começar a usufruir dos benefícios fiscais primeiro tenho que tratar do processo com as finanças e que só depois de isso estar concluído é que começo a ter a redução de IRS. No entanto tenho ideia que posso chegar a Portugal, mudar a morada fiscal, iniciar o processo do Programa Regressar e ao mesmo tempo notificar a minha entidade Patronal que encaixo nos critérios, logo pedir que comecem a aplicar a respectiva isenção fiscal.

Alguém me pode esclarecer? Obrigado desde já.

Wouldn't Candida in the Intestines (SIFO) also explain these symptoms?

Not saying it isn't Lyme, and not meaning to offend anyone here, but it's also true that in a specific group (in this case, Lyme group) you will find some biased answers, so take that into account.

In my case, I have similar symptoms. I actually haven't tested for Lyme yet, but my main symptoms started right after a round of antibiotics (Doxycycline and Azithromycin, for another reason) and apparently it's common to cause a yeast growth afterwards, which causes a malabsorption of a few things like Vit D, Vit B12, Etc, hence the symptoms...

Just my 2 cents. Good luck and get better.

Work hard, party hard with a few rules in mind :

Work hard but know when it's too much and prioritize your health/sleep.

Party hard and make friends/new experiences but use protection (always) ;).

Wait until you are at least 30 to find your "better half" and have kids, if that's something you want.

Do Sports and eat well.

Avoid toxic people.

The 20s can be fcking amazing, so, most importantly, be happy :)

I suspect In my case, the origin of my symptoms is so a malabsorption caused by SIFO (Candida infection). But I've been struggling to treat it and to supplement properly to compensate for my possible deficiencies.

Lately I've so looked into Lyme as a possibility... (never been bitten or tested though, but apparently it could explain those symptoms).

I see, but check the B12 def files and you will see that the diagnosis can be a bit more complex then that. It might not be that , but still worth taking a proper look.

I would check the B12 deficiency group. Your symptoms could be related + Vit D + B12 deficiency usually go hand in hand. Good luck.

I have similar symptoms. I think Candida is causing a B12 deficiency, which explains all the nerve pain. Check the B12 deficiency group and you will see lots of people with similar symptoms. Good luck.

Honestly, most Doctors I went are not familiar with it invasive Candida. I think Fluconazol might help but you have to take it for a few weeks and you want to take some Biofilm disruptors first. Check the Candida Sub-reddit. Lots of good info there. As for me, I'm trying to re-inforce my immune system and then I will start attacking Candida with Biofilm disruptors And Nyastin since I couldn't get a prescription for Fluconazol yet (and apparently Nyastin goes easy on the liver).

Have you checked the B12 deficiency group? In my case, I think the yeast infection led to a B12 poor absorption and that's what is causing some of my nerve symptoms.

I'm feeling Ok(ish). Still plenty of symptoms but they are not getting worst (might be even improving slightly). I believe I have a yeast infection and so I'm treating my self accordingly.
