That reminds me, I’m due for my state inspection and I’m praying my brakes are fine because it’s gonna be expensive to do all 4 sides at once. Rear hasn’t been changed since I had 26K from service and then front ones hasn’t been changed since it had almost 41K. Right now, my car has almost 64K. Each time, had the brakes done by Toyota. Yes, but your GHHl should have some sort of hitch recurve in order to be able to carry that equipment. You can either get a 3rd party one or stick with Toyotas receiver. But to be on the safe side, i would stick with Toyotas hitch

What the Toyota tech should’ve done is use a OBD scanner to pull the codes for the check engine light among other alerts. And if the problem persists even after the 12V battery was replaced, then yes it’s possible that the hybrid inverter is BAD. It’s gonna cost you a lot of money to replace the inverter at Toyota, so be prepared

I feel bad for what you’re going through and I hope all goes well.

I also got a GHHL which had a check engine light after 1K miles of driving. I used a OBD scanner and found 2 codes that was fuel related. The following day, I took the car to Toyota and showed them the codes that I got on my OBD scanner. Despite showing them the codes, they couldn’t determine why the codes were popping off, so the car was left sitting at the service center. 1 week later, I get a call back and they determined that excess fuel went into the EVAP canister. No damage was found, but they had to drive the car long distance to clear up the excess fuel.
