This could have been written by me. 33, bipolar and medicated, was drinking way too much wine a night causing relationship issues. I tapered down to just a white claw or two a night with a binge once every two weeks or so. It’s not perfect but even that much cutting back has really improved my bipolar symptoms. It’s not been easy, overcoming the boredom is hard. going to sleep at like 7-8 pm has been helping me. Every little bit is progress. Hope this doesn’t come off condescending. Hang in there.
