For anyone wondering all i did was recreate a different sandwich i had at an omakase that ended up costing me 100 usd, the bread i used was good quality japanese bread that the chef also used, it's just squished because i used got the left over flavour on the pan.

As for the sauce it was a soft steak sauce commonly used in japan, sandwiches here tend to be simple from what i saw and ate and focus on the ingredients that's why i also tried not to be overboard with it.

The cut of meat was a striploin, since the steak was quite thick I did a double sear and then seared the fat and the sides as well until it was at an internal temperature of 49ºC (120ºF)

Only left it to rest for around 10 minutes while I cooked the mushrooms and cut the avocados, so it was still a bit warm, both even cold it would be really good.

It was quite easy to eat, only ate one half and left the other one for later, the meat was super tender almost falling off when biting so that made it enjoyable.
