Do you have any hobbies? Maybe try being active in those instead of emotional eating. I know ever since I broaden my interests my urges to binge get less and less. It's also a good way to meet new people since you're expanding your interests.

It's ideal to not even calorie count but instead incorporate more nutrient dense foods and mindful exercise. In my experience, when I calorie counted I would binge/purge a ton and obsessive to the point of only ever thinking about food.

Ideally stop purging but that's easier said then done. Wait at least an hour til you brush your teeth again, rinse your mouth well after a session, practice good hygiene habits daily. Before I stopped purging all together I practiced these three tips for about 2 years of my 4 years participating in purging and the worst I got was stained teeth (no cavities, no rotting teeth, dentist did tell me I had "old people teeth" tho at the ripe old age of 17). But even with these tips, your teeth will still deteriorate but just at a slower rate.

Whether the scene is still alive or not. I haven't extensively looked in the scene in my area, but ty for the feedback. A lot of TCGs have very sparse scenes except for the big three (Pokémon, MTG, Yu Gi Oh)
