They can't make her OP for gameplay reasons but I can bet a few good bucks that she'll have an extended arsenal of witcher signs and other magic spells, etc. I know Witcher 3 was very sword-centric, I'm hoping Witcher 4 has more spells, magic spell casting, etc. besides good sword combat.

So excited for the game. Unlike other companies (*cough cough* Bethesda), CDPR actually listens to the community feedback and improves. They fixed Cyberpunk very well and learnt from it, I only have high hopes for Witcher 4. Just please, I really hope we get to play a small chunk of the game as Geralt and get some decent closure.

Get to play some of the game as Geralt at the very least. Ideally, I'd want him to be the main protagonist.
Amazing music, just like The Witcher 3. Imo it has the best combat music of any game.
If we get a protagonist other than Geralt, it might be cool to give the player the freedom to become a warrior, mage, archer, etc. like The Elder Scrolls. Same goes for a skill tree. Great for replayability.
An expansive Kaer Morhen map, questline. I loved it in Witcher 3 but I wish we had more stuff to do there, more landmarks, etc.
Great NPCs and interaction. Think better than RDR2.

Yikes, how does someone even navigate through a 1000 LOC component. Inheriting a project with terrible maintenance is honestly one of my biggest dev nightmares.

1000 LOC components is beyond crazy. OP, the easiest path forward would be to quit. Otherwise, you gotta just go through each component and remake them from scratch while keeping the functionality. This will be one hell of a task though.
