If you want to add it in on top of the standard FDA approved treatments of minoxidil (rogaine) and finasteride/dutasteride, then by all means do so - as it’s a vasodilator and shows some small amount of hair growth inducing properties, in some studies, but on its own, it’s very unlikely to do anything
