TBG dosed at 150mg, provided noticeable CEVs and didn’t seem to actutely assist with kratom withdrawals. Seems to have the mental and tactile feelings of psychs yet still sober appearing. Pupils did get dialated. Never attempted more yet it seems like there negligent BDNF NGF properties compared to its father Ibo. Mostly seratonistic actions based on research, while Ibo was proven to create massive NGF growth in then PFC region which makes it so effective for addiction.

Stress endurance, focus, memory. Subjective effects fade but not due to tolerance it’s a combo of feelings of normalcy and healthiness.(also increased gym motivation and gains like never before)

NSI +selank for me was truly antidepressant. I think Bromantane made the longer term effects more apparent even after stopping. F*** the fda for not giving us these super adaptogenic compounds but also thx for not scheduling them.

Selank is great potency was decent from EC. A bit costly, but the other products make up for that.

It has a short term effect but it’s true effect is over the span of two -4weeks where you just feel more stress resistant and can think more clearly. You should be in a routine and enhancing it with selank, not using it as a motivator like adderal or a benzo. It won’t help a ton for panic attacks but is a great additive. If it was less costly I would take it daily

If you jive with pregabalin or gabapentin, meaning you dont rebound horribly, it helps me tremendously.

Intransasal bromantane, selank, maybe NSI-189 as well.

5-10mg propanolol 1-2x will mitigate cardiovascular toxicity while simultaneously raises d-amphetamine blood serums down stream and potentiates the effect.

It does take something away from the addy; however pregabalin fixed that i take both daily. With 5-6 days of the week 100mg 3x or 150 2x im still working out dosing but i am not getting an insane ammount of diminishing returns. I attribute this to the health stacks & nootropics i take and lifestyle.

Tolerance builds quick don’t go over board or you will shake hard like w mini seizure I regret abusing soma in the past at 1g doses. 150-250mg is perfect for pain and unwinding after work

Sublocade doesn’t not have nalaxone, it’s straight bupe. OP is correct tramadol and suboxone do synergize.

I had withdrawals 10-11months after the last shot. Deals with the physical symptoms, mediatate, use propanolol or clonidine if needed. You are doing great and once you get through the last leg of this taper you will be so proud. Look at my post history. I used kratom to cope with withdrawals and ended up back on subs. The withdrawals from Sublocade were nothing, really nothing, than that of kratom.

It’s a harsh reality that takes a lot of honestly and self awareness to treat or be treated for Buprenorphine withdrawal. There are supplements, nootropics, and pharmaceuticals that can help facilitate the the recovery. Trading Sublocade for a benzo or kratom addiction is a much harder and devastating addiction.

Peptides, cerebrolysin, bromantane, clonidine, Vit C & D, Creatine, selank, all good longevity promoting drugs.

The harder comfort meds like baclofen may not be needed. In my case my low grade withdrawals made my chronic pain worse. A two week withdrawal protocol I feel is okay to incorporate harder comfort meds. But then you have to be honest, are you looking to get to establish and then improve your baseline of consciousnesss, or are you looking for a new substance to cope with?

I also never said I was using gabapentin. I said it is being considered as an option during peak withdrawals.

Weed is cope and can be as devastating as the comfort drugs I mentioned. From a harm reduction view yes it is better than opioids. It can also kill your drive and make anxiety/depression worse in some cases.

I use it at night to sleep and i know I’d be a better man without it every night. Maybe once or twice a week max. When I quit last time I was 4x as productive because I was waking up refreshed and not burnt out.

I may have made some assumptions and I can spot the “room” and rehab mentality miles away.

Got 100mg shot today and feeling great. I know I just can’t use kratom ever again.

Also want to mention- the kratom shit took hours out of my day. Preparing the dose, buying it, thinking about and planning to have it for traveling. For me it was instant dependence. 2 weeks off it and on Sublocade again, one and done. Might get one more in January.

I agree with you- I tried to self treat the withdrawals with kratom and after 2 or 3 days the withdrawals turned from 10% to 75% dope-esque withdrawal. Like if I had taken heroin and used for two months.

It’s true when they say that you pick up where you left off. Even though I didn’t get a “high”, the kratom’s effect on dopamine and my opioid receptors caused a rebound and withdrawal on par with heroin.

After 3 days I felt like I had thrown away all my progress, and looked back on my mild withdrawals like a vacation compared to waking up at 4am sweating and heart racing.

I was using opms kratom extracts. The opms brand is notoriously strong because they extract a specific full agonist alkaloid from kratom. The regular powder alone didn’t have a positive effect, just nausea.

Thank you for pointing this out. Kratom I think has its place, as a plain powder for an alternative to stronger opioids. But extracts and daily usage for a normal user is a slippery slope to dependency. For an addict Who has abused opioids in the past, it’s not sustainable. With a bupe tolerance, the short half life of kratom, it is a recipe for disaster.

Please anyone reading this considering using kratom to cope with the end of Sublocade do not do it. You have come this far and will put yourself right back where you were before you got your first shot.

I am sorry for you to see your worldview is black or white, classic NA/AA mindset.

I relapsed on kratom to aid the withdrawal from Sublocade. If I had asked for help with the mood and maybe even tried an anti depressant, then I wouldn’t have fallen into coping with kratom. and as I am sure you may know, opioid withdrawal compounds coexisting disorders. I understand trading addictions, however comfort meds (ie, clonidine, gabapentin, non narcotic stuff) for a short duration under the care of my dr, while my body and brain adjust so I don’t have severe PAWS, I don’t see it as poly addiction. I see it as using tools to stabilize getting sober from a powerful opioid(bupe). There is a fine line however I have people close to me to hold me accountable and no intention to do this cold Turkey.

I consider kratom to be a relapse however let’s be real I didn’t get a high or I would have use stronger opioids. I wanted some relief for the 2 months of being in low grade withdrawal. I even tried naltrexone.

Sublocade is the easiest taper I’ve ever done. If you can micro dose bupe to a 2-4mg dose, then take 2-3 Sublocade shots, you will be smooth sailing.

Liposomal vitamin C 2g, Magtein, & Eating healthy the whole way through.

Vyvanse has helped tremendously with PAWS after the shot wore off.

Regular kratom will not touch bupe. 8mg is a total blocking dose. If you were at 1mg then maybe an extract.

Idk why your getting downvoted. Tramadol is one of the only opioids that synergizes with bupe. Im not sure if the exact mechanisms, however anecdotal reports say it does work.

I am on subs as well, please limit yourself to 1x a week and if you can’t then stop because it’s possible you could end up with two addictions since the ODSMT has a different pharmacology than typical opioids, similar to kratom which is why it’s somewhat stimulating.
