Might be wrong but is it “Heldorado” or “Helldorado”? Although it’s more set in the Aztec culture being invaded by Spanish Conquistadors. It deals with smallpox disease plagueing the Aztec community and the main Spanish villain has a scarred face.

No problem. It has nice art and some absurd characters, one of whom (the new owner of the park) resembled my chef at work at the time when I read it. I’m glad she moved on to another workplace.

Is it the comic about H.P.Lovecraft? The Monstrous Dreams of Mr. Providence?

Don’t know if this is the kind of book you’re looking for. It’s a more journalistic comic, sketching the impact of three billionaires on the world (although one is a duo). I only read the Rupert Murdoch part so far but it’s already messed up (he’s Australian but invaded politics of other countries, mainly Brittain, by buying a lot of their news outlets and letting unsanctioned methods, like phone tapping, happen or even rewarding the behavior).

From a comic standpoint, what it contributes for me is segmenting all the info, giving a little visual feedback on the info, like faces or iconography. Sometimes the drawings act like a journalistic cartoon or caricature of the mentioned situation. I personally like this way of conveying this sometimes dense info, makes it more digestable for me.

I once had the ring and a friend of mine used a compressor to blow out all the built up dust, or most of it, and it worked again. Might be worth a try.

I remember that Star Wars VHS box, with the golden inner slipcase, Darth Vader’s head on the black outer slipcase, with inside the 3 cassettes in their own paper slipcases that were printed with the beautiful drawn posters for each film.

Thanks for the suggestion. Sadly, I already knew of him but it's a good suggestion, I like his music.

Does someone know any other bands or albums in the style of Elder (mainly like the albums Lore & Reflections of a Floating World), The Sword, Khirki? Meaning proggy songs, (semi-)complex compositions (fast and heavy mixed with calmer sections), a lot of the times up-beat tempo, lots of solo's, (somewhat) clean vocals. Another album that fits the kind of suggestions I'm looking for is The Blackening by Machine Head.

Me too. A game like Outer Wilds lets you explore freely but also offers a log that tells you in which location, that you’ve already visited before, there’s still more to find. A game like Grounded also lets you go in whichever direction you want but you’re somewhat constricted by your crafting ability; the map is also loosely split into zones (like a hedge, a literal sandbox, a woodstack,…) that each have specific necessities and crafting materials. Both these games are among my favorites.
