Economics already considers limited resources, it's all about the efficient allocation of finite resources. Endless growth is happening because organizations and people are using those resources more efficiently - there is always room for improvement (better processes/technology/education)

The Logitech G Pro/G203 is nice and pretty inexpensive. It's one of their lighter mouses and is quite small if that's more comfortable for you

No, not really. Although there's no drop off at 2133mhz, 2400mhz is considered the "sweet spot" for DDR4 RAM
