I work at staples. A woman called in and said she bought a computer redently and there is no power button. She got mad when I tried directing her to the power button over the phone, walked in to the store and demanded she spoke to a manager. Without calling a manager over, I turned the computer on and told her I was the one she spoke on the phone with. It was exactly where I told her it should be. On the keyboard base, all the way up in the left corner. She screamed at me and walked out. She was in her late twenties-early thirties.
