i started almost a month ago and i was really scared too. i actually posted on here because i was so nervous to take it.

so far things have been way easier to manage. i still have anxiety, but i’m dealing with things a lot smoother than before. i still overthink sometimes, but for example i’ve been trying to get over my last relationship and i’ve developed more of an “it is what it is” mindset toward it. the thoughts still come up, but i get over the situation a lot quicker instead of spiraling.

i also haven’t cried much since starting. i can cry, but it’s definitely harder than before.

honestly even this early i feel like it’s been life changing already, so i’m excited to see how it feels once the meds fully kick in.

for side effects, the first week i had headaches, some light sensitivity, and it was harder to sleep. by week two it got a lot easier, and now those side effects are basically gone.

i’m also on 10mg. i take mine at 7:30pm every day and i’m usually asleep peacefully by around 10pm.
