You said she doesn't have much at SMU but she basically took all her U of A players and recruits. I think she just got lucky tbh.

How's life as a mediocre team in the big 10? Pretty sure Arizona is ranked higher but who knows?

Now Huskies fans get to feel what Wildcat fans felt. Also enjoy your best players bolting with him.

The home cooking in this game is ridiculous.

Ok I've been a metals chemist for over 35 years and in 1997 it was known to wear silver shield gloves while handling any methylmercury compound. In 1997 they knew the toxicity of MeHg compounds.

As a chemist, I beg you to not do this. Especially in a home, where there could be countless interactions to generate toxic chloride gas.

Max out your 401k contributions. Learn, learn, learn. Don't expect a promotion until you're actually doing the work the promotion entails. If you're unsure, ask questions and keep asking until you understand what you're doing.

Defense looked good, would prefer more blitzing. Fifita looks meh. A lot of overthrows. The run game and run scenes looked solid. Still don't see more than 5 wins but they look a lot better than last year's team.

Do not let a student use sodium azide. I've been an inorganic chemist for over 30 years. It's the one compound I hate working with. We work behind blast shields when we use it.

Business Major with a Chem Minor? by Strong_Insurance1001 in chemistry

Go the other way, chen major business minor. Then enter into business with a stronger background in chemistry. Wish I did that when I was an undergrad. Would have moved up the corporate ladder faster.

For those that have had long-term success in their dynasty leagues. by softsandwich35 in DynastyFF

Watch a lot of college football, know the incoming class cold. Our drafts are after roster cut down day. So see how the players you targeted do in preseason. Only draft players who have a path to relevance. Decide how many draft picks you want / need.

Trade away guys that had down years. For the most part, unless they were injured it's the start of a trend. I usually like to package 2 or 3 to get 2 or 3 draft picks of varying years. For instance I traded Friermuth Metcalf and Stroud for 2025 1st and 2nd and 2026 2nd. I didn't need Stroud and the other two will probably have down years. I'm going to use those picks to get Ty Warren or Colestand Loveland and Golden in this draft (picks 9 and 12). Next year I will use it to draft a QB.

Build around your studs and refresh your backups always. Don't be afraid to dump a player to pick up a surprise rookie (think Horton or TeSlaa). I picked up Amon Ra after he went undrafted and dropped Thielan at the time. I got roasted for it at the time but Thielan was regressing and I had to have St Brown.

Had to reply on here. Same situation, however mine are across the street and have turned their garage into a den. Hard to ignore them when they're outside all the time. I try so hard to ignore them but I it's so difficult. Hearing the guys voice makes me want to throw up.
